MODERNS CONTROL CENTER

The Control Center allows us to operate at 250 MW, manage the dispatch of another 400 MW of hydrothermal capacity to the country and be prepared for future growth in renewable energy and storage, as well as remain at the forefront of digital transformation and innovation. This space provides specialized support for our customers, monitors energy consumption in real time, controls the operations of the electricity market and coordinates with COES and other market agents. All of this, in compliance with current national regulations in an efficient and safe manner, following the highest quality standards.

INTERNET OF THINGS (IoT)

We have a network of sensors installed in our hydroelectric power plants that collect real-time data from our operation. This allows us to achieve high service level agreements, with an immediate response to identified incidents or deviations.

UNIFIED COMMUNICATIONS

We are constantly working on enhancing our communication infrastructure to achieve connectivity between the different devices, sensors and electrical network systems, in order to have a centralized online control of our operation.

AUTOMATION AND ROBOTIZATION

We automate key tasks to centralize information, perform analysis and maximize our commercial margin. We generate dashboards with the main indicators of the wholesale electricity market, so that we can make decisions in real time. In addition, we are committed to hyper-automation for the fulfillment of sending information to our sector regulators, focusing our collaborators in a role of analysis and process improvement.

The "Energízate Perú" contest is organized by Prensa Grupo, the main entity that promotes Perú Energía, and the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center Hub UDEP of the University of Piura.
