What hydrological conditions must the Cañete River meet?

For the correct maintenance of the Capillucas dam, a fundamental condition related to the Cañete river state must be met. Cañete river flow measured at Putinza must be at least 100 cubic meters per second. This condition will allow the natural sediments accumulated in the dam as part of nature to continue their movement by the natural force of the river.
