Celepsa receives the Great Place to Work-Certified certification

Celepsa, a company within the UNACEM group, has been recognized as a Great Place to Work-Certified™ organization for the period from October 2023 to October 2024.

The GPTW™ Certification is a recognition program designed to validate the company's organizational culture, serving as the initial step in understanding how to create a great workplace. A certified company is one that provides a world-class work experience to its employees and is in the process of being considered a great workplace for all.

The Certification grants a reliable seal of approval, supported by quantitative and qualitative data obtained through the Trust Index© survey, reflecting employees' opinions about their work experience.

Therefore, Great Place to Work-Certified™ is globally recognized by both employees and leaders alike, serving as the global benchmark for identifying and acknowledging outstanding employee experiences. Each year, more than 10,000 companies in 60 countries around the world apply for Certification.

 

METHODOLOGY

The certification seal is awarded to organizations that have met the minimum required score on the Trust Index© survey (>= 70 points) and have completed the delivery of the Culture Brief™ (information and indicators related to the company). The certification seal is valid for one year from the completion of the survey process within the organization.

According to research by the Great Place to Work® Institute, individuals currently seeking employment are 4.5 times more likely to find a great leader in a certified company. Additionally, employees in certified workplaces are 93% more likely to attend work happily and have double the chance of receiving fair pay, getting a fair share of the company's profits, and having a fair chance of promotion.
